Du kannst dein Go-&-Grow-Konto samt aller zugehörigen Cloud-Daten jederzeit löschen — am schnellsten direkt in der App, alternativ per E-Mail.

Weg 1: Direkt in der App (empfohlen, sofort)

Öffne die App und tippe auf Profil.
Wähle Konto.
Tippe auf «Konto löschen» und bestätige.

Die Löschung wird sofort ausgeführt. Danach kannst du die App weiterhin ohne Konto rein lokal nutzen.

Weg 2: Per E-Mail

Schreibe an support.goandgrow@gmail.com mit dem Betreff «Konto löschen» — bitte von der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der dein Konto registriert ist (zur Verifizierung).

Wir bearbeiten Löschanfragen innert 30 Tagen und bestätigen dir die Löschung per E-Mail.

Was gelöscht wird

Dein Benutzerkonto bei Firebase Authentication (E-Mail-Adresse, Anzeigename, Nutzer-ID)
Deine Cloud-Daten in Firestore: Spielfortschritt (Skills, Quests, Habits, HP/XP/Coins/Streaks) und sämtliche Journal-Einträge
Dein Ranglisten-Eintrag (Heldenname, XP, Level) und deine Crew-Mitgliedschaft
Die Verknüpfung deiner Abo-Daten mit deinem Konto bei unserem Dienstleister RevenueCat

Was bestehen bleiben kann

Kaufbelege bei Google Play: Zahlungs- und Kaufhistorie verwaltet Google in deinem Google-Konto; darauf haben wir keinen Zugriff. Buchhaltungsrelevante Daten können gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten unterliegen.
Anonymisierte Daten: Bereits aggregierte Crash- und Nutzungsstatistiken ohne Personenbezug.
Lokale Daten auf deinem Gerät: Diese liegen nur bei dir und werden durch das Löschen des Kontos nicht entfernt — du kannst sie in der App zurücksetzen oder durch Deinstallation entfernen.

Wichtig: Die Konto-Löschung kündigt kein aktives Abo. Kündige dein Abo separat unter Google Play → Zahlungen & Abos → Abos, sonst läuft es weiter.

Delete your account (English)

For the app Go & Grow: Change your Life (Android, com.eluan.gogrow) by CleverEAde Tangarife Zäch (owner: Eluàn Nicolài Tangarife Zäch)

You can delete your Go & Grow account and all associated cloud data at any time — fastest directly in the app, or alternatively by email.

Option 1: In the app (recommended, instant)

Open the app and tap Profile.
Select Account.
Tap "Delete account" and confirm.

Deletion is carried out immediately. You can keep using the app locally without an account afterwards.

Option 2: By email

Email support.goandgrow@gmail.com with the subject "Delete account" — please write from the email address your account is registered with (for verification).

We process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.

What gets deleted

Your Firebase Authentication account (email address, display name, user ID)
Your cloud data in Firestore: game progress (skills, quests, habits, HP/XP/coins/streaks) and all journal entries
Your leaderboard entry (hero name, XP, level) and crew membership
The link between your subscription data and your account at our processor RevenueCat

What may be retained

Purchase receipts at Google Play: payment and purchase history is managed by Google in your Google account; we have no access to it. Accounting-relevant data may be subject to statutory retention periods.
Anonymised data: already aggregated crash and usage statistics without any personal reference.
Local data on your device: stored only on your device and not removed by account deletion — reset it in the app or remove it by uninstalling.

Important: Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately at Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
