Konto löschen
Du kannst dein Go-&-Grow-Konto samt aller zugehörigen Cloud-Daten jederzeit löschen — am schnellsten direkt in der App, alternativ per E-Mail.
Weg 1: Direkt in der App (empfohlen, sofort)
- Öffne die App und tippe auf Profil.
- Wähle Konto.
- Tippe auf «Konto löschen» und bestätige.
Die Löschung wird sofort ausgeführt. Danach kannst du die App weiterhin ohne Konto rein lokal nutzen.
Weg 2: Per E-Mail
Was gelöscht wird
Bleibt trotzdem etwas stehen, schreib an support.goandgrow@gmail.com.
Was bestehen bleiben kann

Delete your account (English)
You can delete your Go & Grow account and all associated cloud data at any time — fastest directly in the app, or alternatively by email.
Option 1: In the app (recommended, instant)
- Open the app and tap Profile.
- Select Account.
- Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
Deletion is carried out immediately. You can keep using the app locally without an account afterwards.
Option 2: By email
Email support.goandgrow@gmail.com with the subject "Delete account" — please write from the email address your account is registered with (for verification).
We process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.
What gets deleted
- Your Firebase Authentication account (email address, display name, user ID)
- Your cloud data in Firestore: game progress (skills, quests, habits, HP/XP/coins/streaks) and all journal entries
- Your leaderboard entry (hero name, XP, level) and clan membership
- Your messages in the clan chat
- Your entries in the clan activity feed and the claps on them
- Your entry as a founding member and in the clan pot, plus the «warrior of the week» badge
- In the clan war: your entry as a contributor and your name on the tasks you took on (your clan keeps its points)
- The link between your subscription data and your account at our processor RevenueCat
If you led a clan, the clan does not disappear: leadership passes to another member. Only if you are the last person in the clan is it deleted in full, together with its chat.
Deletion happens entirely on your device and immediately, in one pass and in this order: first your traces in the clan (chat messages, activity feed, claps, founding member, clan pot, «warrior of the week»), then the clan war, then your exit from the clan, then discount code, season standings, referral entries and leaderboard entry, then your game progress, and last of all the account itself. There is no longer a server step that catches up later.
The order is deliberate: much of this can only be reached while you are still in the clan and still signed in. If something breaks off, for instance because the connection drops, your account is not deleted, and the app tells you so. You can simply try again; the second attempt carries on where the first one stopped. A half deleted account cannot arise this way. If something is left behind anyway, write to support.goandgrow@gmail.com.
What may be retained
- Purchase receipts at Google Play: payment and purchase history is managed by Google in your Google account; we have no access to it. Accounting-relevant data may be subject to statutory retention periods.
- Anonymised data: already aggregated crash and usage statistics without any personal reference.
- Redeemed discount codes: the entry for a code stays in place, as the same code could otherwise be redeemed a second time. Your user identifier is removed from it; all that remains is the note that the code has been used.
- Finished season standings: the rankings of completed months remain as history. Your entry in them is anonymised and shows as «Deleted account».
- Finished clan wars: your clan keeps the result and its points as history, without your name and without your user identifier.
- Your name on a completed task of a running clan war: while a war is running, your entry is what tells us how many tasks you took on, so it can only be removed once the war has ended. If you delete your account in the middle of your clan's war, your hero name stays there until the war ends, so at most seven days. Write to us and we will take it out by hand afterwards.
- Chat messages in clans you left earlier: only a member may clear things up inside a clan. Your entries in the clan activity feed, among the founding members, in the clan pot and as «warrior of the week» are therefore taken along the moment you leave a clan. Your chat messages stay, because they are part of the other members' conversation. If you want them gone, delete them in the chat before you leave, or write to us.
- Two markers inside other people's saves: anyone who blocked you in the clan chat carries your user identifier in their block list. Anyone who clapped one of your clan entries carries it in their clap marker; that marker is trimmed to the last 14 days the next time they clap. Both sit there without your name, inside a save file only its owner can read. Once your account is deleted, the identifier no longer points anywhere.
- Your entry in other people's friend lists: if somebody added you via your friend code, your hero name sits inside their own save file. We have no access to it; that person can remove you from their list in the app.
- Local data on your device: stored only on your device and not removed by account deletion. Reset it in the app or remove it by uninstalling. This includes reminders already scheduled and the data of the home screen widget; both go with the uninstall.
Important: Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately at Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
